Highland Coast 2 Coast Overnighter

Taking the old Drovers Road, we're heading off on a 2 day off road out-&-back overnighter from Bonar Bridge to Ullapool. Camp or stay in local accommodation - its up to you. (NB: revised date is now 17+18th Sept)

About the Event
Join us for a members-exclusive ride taking in 60km and 500m ascent each way from Bonar Bridge to Ullapool over the old Drovers Road. We will be heading out on day one before taking the same route back on day 2 finishing in Bonar Bridge.
Stay in local accomodation or wild camp - its up to you but we're sure you'll enjoy this adventrure with some of the best landscape scenery in the Scottish Highlands.

TERRAIN: Mix of double-track and rocky single-track. Definate river crossing.
DISTANCE: 60km, 500m ascent each way
COMMENTS: Out and back over two days. Suggestions will be to stay at the Bunkhouse at Ceilidh place which offers basic and cheaper accomodation with a locked bike shed and plenty space to dry any wet kit. Ceilidh Place also provides good food and breakfast to set you up for the day as well as a healthy selection of Scottish beers and drams.
The RVP is a public car park where you can leave any vehicles. There is also public toilets and showers at this RVP.
